Serve the right portion of food to keep your cat fit. Control feeding on your automatic cat feeder via the app. Serve big portions all at once or smaller portions over the day.
Adjust the height on your automatic dog feeder. Help small and big dogs to eat. Play a short, recorded message to let them know food is ready. Even feed two dogs at once.
Fill up your automatic pet food dispenser with a lot of dry pet food. Seal the food in. Far better than leaving a bag half-open. Save yourself scooping food for every meal.
Clean the food bowls frequently. Clean the food hopper less frequently. You can take it off and wash it in the sink. Just make sure it is dry before you put it back on.

The processing of an order starts only when the payment for an order has been made in full. The orders are dispatched usually within 24 to 48hrs (Business days) after receipt of cleared payment before the cut-off time of 8 am.

The delivery timeframes are expected to be affected due to health/climate or miscellaneous circumstances. Zebang will be playing its role critically in dispatching the products to your customers, however, for a delay in these situations your patience is highly appreciated.
You shall receive the tracking number within 48 hours (business days only). If the tracking number does not get updated in the system, please reach out to our team via the ticket system to get a tracking number. Once the tracking number is obtained, it is the retailer's and the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking until the package is delivered.
If the tracking shows delivered but the customer hasn't received the package, lodge an RMA immediately from MyReturns of your Zebang account to get a POD or resolve the matter. Once 14 days are passed since the delivery, no claim of the missing package will be entertained as the carriers will delete the proof of deliveries for their system from time to time and we will not keep hold of any manifests.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
